Acceptable Use & Advertising Rules

These Acceptable Use & Advertising Rules (the "Rules") form part of the Terms and Conditions of lifescorts.com (the "Platform"), operated by BRAINS DEVELOPEMENT OÜ. By publishing any content you agree to comply with these Rules.

The English version is binding; other-language versions are for convenience only.

1. Age and consent (non-negotiable)

1.1. Every person depicted in, referred to by, or advertised through a listing must be at least 18 years old (or older where required by local law).

1.2. The advertiser must hold the free, informed and documented consent of every person who appears in a listing, both to appear and to be advertised. You must be able to provide proof of age and consent on request.

1.3. Any content that depicts, suggests or could reasonably be understood to involve a minor is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately, the account terminated, and the matter may be reported to the competent authorities.

2. No trafficking, coercion or exploitation

2.1. The Platform may not be used in connection with human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, debt bondage, or any situation in which a person is not acting of their own free will.

2.2. Listings must advertise only the advertiser's own services, published with the advertiser's knowledge and consent. Advertising third parties without authorisation is prohibited.

3. Prohibited content

You must not publish content that:

• involves or appears to involve minors, or that sexualises anyone who is or appears to be under 18;

• is non-consensual, including content depicting a person who has not consented to its publication ("revenge" content, hidden recordings, leaked material);

• depicts, promotes or facilitates trafficking, coercion, violence, weapons, drugs or illegal activity;

• infringes the intellectual property, image, privacy or other rights of any third party;

• impersonates another person or uses another person's photos without authorisation;

• contains malware, scams, phishing or fraudulent payment requests;

• is defamatory, harassing or unlawful under applicable law.

4. Listing standards

4.1. Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Photos must genuinely represent the advertiser.

4.2. We may apply automated identity protection (such as face/identity blurring) and automated screening of images and text. You must not attempt to circumvent moderation or verification.

4.3. You must keep your listing data current and remove or update it when it is no longer accurate.

5. Verification

We may require phone, age or identity verification at any time. Accounts pending verification may be restricted or suspended.

6. Enforcement

6.1. We may refuse, edit, restrict the visibility of, suspend or remove any content or account that breaches these Rules or the law, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.

6.2. Serious breaches — in particular anything involving minors, non-consent or trafficking — result in immediate removal and termination and may be reported to authorities.

6.3. The mechanism to report content and to contest moderation decisions is set out in the Content Removal, Notice & Takedown Policy.
