This Privacy Policy explains how BRAINS DEVELOPEMENT OÜ, registry code 16696038, registered office Tallinn, Estonia ("Lifescorts", "we"), processes personal data in connection with the website lifescorts.com (the "Platform").
We are the data controller for the personal data described below. This policy is provided in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
The English version is binding; other-language versions are for convenience only.
1. Data we process
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process:
Account data: name or username, email address, password (hashed), account type, preferences.
Advertiser/listing data: stage name, listing text, photos and videos, location/city, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, messaging handles), service information, and any other data you choose to include in a listing.
Verification data: phone numbers and verification codes; where required, age/identity verification information.
Billing data: plan and transaction history, invoices and tax data. Card details are processed directly by our payment service providers and are not stored by us.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, log data, and cookie/identifier data (see the Cookie Policy).
Communications: messages you send us (support, complaints, notices).

Listing content (which you choose to publish) may include data revealing aspects of a person's life. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and consent to publish such data.
3. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only as needed with:
Service providers (processors) acting on our instructions, including hosting and infrastructure, media storage/CDN, content-moderation services, email delivery, SMS verification, and analytics. These are bound by data-processing agreements.
Payment service providers, as independent controllers for the payment data they process.
Authorities, courts or third parties where required by law or to respond to a valid legal request.

4. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are available on request.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting/tax records are kept for the legally required period). Listing content is retained while published and for a reasonable period thereafter, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise these rights, use the contact form available on the Platform.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country of residence.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and identity-protection features such as automated face/identity blurring of images.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors. Any content involving a minor is removed and may be reported to the competent authorities.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
