These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the website lifescorts.com and all related services (the "Platform"), operated by BRAINS DEVELOPEMENT OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 16696038, with registered office at TALLIN, ESTONIA ("Lifescorts", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the binding agreement. Versions of these Terms in languages other than English are provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

1. Nature of the service

1.1. The Platform is a paid B2B classified advertising directory. It allows advertisers to publish listings advertising their own services and to obtain visibility through paid subscription plans.

1.2. Lifescorts does not provide, broker, arrange, facilitate or take part in any service advertised by users. Lifescorts is not a party to any transaction, agreement, communication or arrangement between advertisers and any third party. Lifescorts merely provides advertising space and visibility.

1.3. All listings are created, controlled and published by the advertisers themselves. Lifescorts acts as a hosting service provider with respect to user-generated content and does not endorse, verify (beyond the checks described in these Terms) or assume responsibility for the content of any listing.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

2.1. The Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

2.2. Advertisers warrant that they, and every person depicted or referred to in any listing, are at least 18 years of age and have provided their free, informed and documented consent to appear and to be advertised.

2.3. We reserve the right to require proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend any account pending verification.

3. Accounts and registration

3.1. To publish listings you must register an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3.2. You may register an account as an individual advertiser or as an agency. Agencies are responsible for ensuring that every individual associated with their account meets all requirements of these Terms.

3.3. We may refuse registration, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, in particular where these Terms or applicable law are breached.

4. Subscriptions, plans and payment

4.1. Listings and visibility features are offered through subscription plans and one-off paid features (including short-duration boosts). Prices, durations and features are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

4.2. Payment is processed by Lifescorts and/or its authorised payment service providers. Billing, invoicing, taxes (including EU VAT) and refunds are governed by the Billing & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4.3. Unless stated otherwise, paid features are activated upon successful payment and run for the stated duration. Subscriptions may renew automatically where indicated; you may disable renewal from your account.

5. Advertiser content and conduct

5.1. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Lifescorts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (including resizing and face/identity blurring), publish and display that content on the Platform and in connection with promoting it, for as long as the content remains published and as reasonably necessary thereafter.

5.2. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you hold all rights and consents necessary to publish it, including the consent of any person depicted.

5.3. The publication of content is subject to the Acceptable Use & Advertising Rules, which form part of these Terms. Prohibited content includes, without limitation: any content involving minors; non-consensual content; content depicting trafficking, coercion or exploitation; and any unlawful content.

6. Content moderation

6.1. Lifescorts applies both automated and human moderation. We use automated tools to screen images and text (including detection of minors, weapons, and other prohibited material) and may apply automatic identity protection such as face blurring.

6.2. We may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, refuse, edit, restrict the visibility of, suspend or remove any content or account that we reasonably consider to breach these Terms or the law, or in response to a valid notice.

6.3. Where we restrict or remove your content or suspend your account, we will, where required by applicable law, provide you with a statement of reasons and information on how to contest the decision. The mechanism for notifying allegedly illegal content and for contesting decisions is set out in the Content Removal, Notice & Takedown Policy.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. The Platform, including its software, design, databases, trademarks and editorial content, is owned by or licensed to Lifescorts and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted.

7.2. Claims regarding alleged infringement of intellectual property rights are handled under the Content Removal, Notice & Takedown Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifescorts disclaims all warranties not expressly stated herein.

8.2. Lifescorts is not liable for the conduct, content, services, statements or omissions of any advertiser or third party, nor for any interaction or transaction arising outside the Platform.

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifescorts' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Lifescorts in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifescorts against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms or the law are breached, where required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the Platform, its users or third parties.

10.2. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means (for example, by notice on the Platform or by email). Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which a user habitually resides where applicable.

12.2. The courts of Estonia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rules granting jurisdiction elsewhere.
