Age Verification, Consent & Records Statement

This statement explains the age, consent and record-keeping standards that apply to content published on lifescorts.com (the "Platform"), operated by BRAINS DEVELOPEMENT OÜ ("Lifescorts", "we"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and our Acceptable Use & Advertising Rules.

The English version is binding; other-language versions are for convenience only.

1. Strict 18+ standard

The Platform is restricted to adults. Every person depicted in or advertised through any listing is, and must be, at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor is strictly prohibited, removed immediately, and may be reported to the competent authorities.

2. Advertiser obligations

By publishing content, advertisers represent and warrant that:

• they and every person depicted are at least 18 years old;

• they have verified the age of every person depicted by reference to valid government-issued identification;

• they hold the free, informed and documented consent of every person depicted to appear and to be advertised;

• they will retain the relevant age and consent records and provide them to us or to a competent authority on request.

3. Records

Advertisers are responsible for creating and maintaining records evidencing the age and consent of every person depicted, for the period required by applicable law, and for producing them on lawful request.

4. Our checks

We apply automated and human moderation, including automated screening designed to detect minors and prohibited content, and we may apply automated identity protection such as face/identity blurring. We may require proof of age, identity and consent at any time and may suspend content or accounts pending verification.

5. Reporting

To report content that may involve a minor or that may be non-consensual, use the contact form available on the Platform immediately. Such reports are handled on a priority basis.

6. 18 U.S.C. §2257 notice

To the extent any content is subject to United States record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257, the producer of such content is responsible for maintaining the required records. BRAINS DEVELOPEMENT OÜ is a hosting service provider for user-generated content and is not the producer of the content published by advertisers. Requests relating to §2257 records should be submitted through the contact form available on the Platform.

Reviewer note (remove before publishing): Strict US 18 U.S.C. §2257 custodian-of-records obligations primarily bind US "producers"; an EU-only operator that merely hosts user content may not be a producer and may fall outside §2257.
